Statom North is proud to announce the award of the concrete frame build package by leading design-and-build contractor McAleer & Rushe for the Haymarket Hotel development, located in the heart of Edinburgh.
The project forms a key part of the ongoing regeneration of the Haymarket area and comprises two reinforced concrete frame buildings. Statom North will deliver the full concrete frame scope within a constrained and complex city-centre environment, drawing on extensive experience in urban construction.

Statom North’s scope includes the complete delivery of the reinforced concrete frame, comprising:
- Construction of reinforced concrete cores
- In-situ concrete floor slabs
- Vertical structural elements
- Ground-floor transfer structures
- Supply and installation of falsework and formwork
- Placement of reinforcement and concrete
