The Abbey Road project significant milestones being achieved across multiple phases of the development.
Phase 2 has now reached the final two floors of the 30-storey tower, with completion scheduled for early February next year. This marks a major step forward in the delivery of the superstructure works.
Phase 3 is also underway, with piling works due to commence this month. This phase will deliver four new blocks: A2 (27 storeys), A3 (23 storeys), and C1 North and South (both 14 storeys), further advancing the overall development.

Our scope of works on the Abbey Road project includes:
- Construction of reinforced concrete superstructures
- Delivery of a 30-storey residential tower (Phase 2)
- Piling works for Phase 3
- Construction of four residential blocks:
- Block A2 – 27 storeys
- Block A3 – 23 storeys
- Block C1 North – 14 storeys
- Block C1 South – 14 storeys
- Full installation of below-ground drainage and services for Phase 3
- Coordination of works across phased construction programmes
