Project Progress
Works continue to progress well across the development, with the Spark Tech MEP Electrical team currently undertaking second fix installations and comprehensive testing activities throughout Block A.
These works cover both the residential apartments and communal areas, ensuring all electrical systems are installed, inspected, and tested in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
As the project moves towards completion, this phase of works is critical in validating system performance, confirming installation quality, and preparing the development for final commissioning and handover.
