Statom Group is proud to announce its appointment to deliver Phase 4 of the King’s Road Park development for Berkeley Group Plc.
Following the successful completion of the enabling, groundworks, and remediation works, Statom Group will now lead the delivery of the substructure and superstructure, with works scheduled to commence in January 2026.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Phase 4 will comprise the construction of two residential towers ranging from 28 to 40 storeys, delivered within a highly complex urban environment. Piling works will be undertaken by Franki Foundations UK Ltd, supported by Trident Lifting Solutions Ltd, with three tower cranes utilised across the phase.
Statom Group’s Frames Team will be supported by key delivery partners including Slipform Technology, Statom Precast, and Spark-Tech MEP to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Post-tensioning design and detailing will be completed by Apex Core Engineering.
