Demoforce have been awarded the demolition of three former residential blocks at the Cambridge Rd Estate. Works comprise of the asbestos removal, soft strip works, and complete Demolition and removal of all the slabs and foundations.
Once all the buildings have been demolished the arising will be crushed and re-used on site as part of the Enabling works package. This includes the ground stabilisation and the installation of the piling platforms.
Demoforce recycle 98% of the arisings from the Demolition works for reuse on site.
