Statom Group is delivering the civil engineering and groundworks package for the Hertford Locks residential development, a £4 million scheme located in the centre of Hertford, just a three-minute walk from Hertford East railway station.

The development will provide 29 private residential homes within a constrained town-centre environment, requiring a coordinated and carefully phased delivery approach.
