Statom Group is delivering a £21 million civil engineering and structural works package at Bracknell Beeches, a major mixed-use residential development located adjacent to a live railway line and just a two-minute walk from Bracknell railway station.
Once complete, the development will provide a contemporary collection of 349 one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside flexible commercial space and high-quality communal outdoor areas.
Project Overview
Bracknell Beeches comprises six residential blocks ranging from 6 to 17 storeys in height, delivered within a constrained urban environment with complex logistical and safety considerations due to its proximity to the operational railway.
The scheme also includes the construction of two reinforced concrete car parks and extensive external works, requiring careful coordination of plant, lifting operations, and phased delivery.
