Their knowledge, leadership and hard work help drive our business forward, and we are incredibly grateful for the impact they make across every part of the organisation.
Women in Construction Week is about more than celebration. It’s about championing progress, raising awareness, and showcasing the wide range of opportunities available to women across the construction sector. It’s a chance to inspire the next generation and to continue challenging outdated perceptions about careers in our industry.
While meaningful progress has been made, women currently represent just 9–11% of the construction workforce. Increasing that number requires ongoing commitment, advocacy and action, and it’s something we are proud to support.
